Using a seamless blend of Yoga and Physical Therapy practices and principles, I have successfully treated people who have chronic pain, arthritis, neurological disorders such as Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Sclerosis, orthopedic injuries and more. A graduate of Columbia University's Masters Degree program in physical therapy, I have been a practicing Physical Therapist for the past 15 years. Six years ago I became a Certified Yoga instructor through the Nosara and Omega Institutes. Since then, I have been blending the two practices together to create an effective healing modality.
