As a health and wellness counselor, I work with individual clients, offering personalized recommendations and support to improve common ailments in today’s society: low energy, addictions to and cravings for caffeine and sugar, weight gain, and a general sense of unwellness. I currently study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, which is affiliated with Columbia University. I received a B.A. from Smith College in 2003.
