Dr. Arnold Angrist has been in private practice in New York City since 1979. For the past 25 years, he has been motivating, educating, and empowering his patients on how to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Angrist received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1979, from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.
His long-standing interests in holistic health, stress reduction techniques, sports injuries and proper postural and exercise programs have broadened his practice to a wider spectrum of patients.
Dr. Angrist’s mission in this “game of life” is to passionately inspire his patients to become more conscious of their muscles, spine, and overall health. It is imperative for Dr. Angrist to communicate alternative health choices to his patients so they can improve the quality of their lives and even the lives of others. This is done through a moderate lifestyle, not a deprived extreme lifestyle.

To serve others in a capacity to be motivated, to make better choices, and to take the actions necessary to live a life of wellness and truly be alive within themselves.
My goal is to lead, to be creative, to love, to be a voice and a force for good, to set a higher standard, and to step up!

I will rid myself and others of limited beliefs, excuses, and rationalizations, such as I can't, I won't, I’m afraid, I'll try, or I should. I will turn all shoulds into musts. I will raise the bar and have a crystal clear vision. I will love myself, my family, my patients, and my friends unconditionally, and share, care, touch, and give to all.
I will not push, I will not pull, but I will "usher" and walk side-by-side in harmony with those I come in contact with. I will continue to change and grow my life, thereby changing others’ lives and ultimately changing humanity.
