Cooking classes …Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring! The workshops presented by Michael J Macaluso, HHC, Holistic Nutritionist, are informative, interactive and FUN! Michael guides you step by step “from scratch”, with the preparation, cooking and serving of healthy meals; many of which take about 30 minutes to cook.
All classes are gluten-free unless stated otherwise! You will learn different cooking methods and how to use herbs and spices to maximize flavor and enjoyment. The recipes are simple, easy to follow, and you don’t need a degree in culinary arts to do them! -Just simple cooking of tasty, colorful, and healthy meals for your busy lifestyle. AND getting into the kitchen with Michael is a GREAT opportunity to learn more about his nutrition philosophy.
