Being Present

My life has changed significantly in the past year....change of career...disease diagnosis...fell in love....weight fluxuations...change of social habits...etc…

I sometimes find myself distracted from life...as if I am constantly floating into other worlds of thought ....my mind leaves the place my body is in....and drifts to a fantasy dreamlike location, to a place of deep worry, to a realm of confusion, to inner turmoil.....

In the days ahead I am vowing to remind myself to “Be Present” and “In The Moment.”

I have found that every time I remind myself of this I feel Whole.....

There is so much life to live as a human being, we can sometimes forget where we actually came from.  In fact, most of us have.  We need to be present and remember we are creators meant to live joyous lives!  We need to take back control over ourselves and not feel helpless.  We are the creators of our own experience.  Anything we feel, we have created ourselves (intentionally or not).  Sometimes it is good to look at yourself through the eyes of an outside observer.
